LPG Loading Arm
Descritpion
The LPG bottom loading arm consists of a liquid transfer arm and a vapor return arm, designed to ensure
safe and efficient LPG loading and unloading operations. The dual-line configuration enables simultaneous
liquid transfer and vapor recovery, providing reliable performance, enhanced safety, and closed-loop operation.

Features
· Dual-arm design for liquid and vapor handling:
The dual-arm configuration enables simultaneous transfer of the liquid phase and vapor phase. Each arm is
equipped with five swivel joints, providing excellent flexibility and allowing the loading arm to reach tankers
positioned anywhere within the operating envelope.
· Emergency breakaway protection:
The outboard arm can be fitted with an optional breakaway coupler to protect the piping system from damage
in the event of an accidental tanker departure or emergency pull-away.
· Flexible connection options:
The loading arm can be connected to tankers through either flange connections or CAMLOCK couplings.
The appropriate connection method can be selected according to the tanker type and customer requirements,
ensuring quick and secure connection.
· Secure parking position locking:
An inboard arm locking mechanism securely holds the loading arm in the parking position when not in operation.
· Smooth and balanced movement:
The spring-cylinder counterbalance system compensates for the weight of the outboard arm and front-end components,
ensuring smooth and effortless vertical movement.
· Enhanced static protection:
An anti-static device effectively dissipates static charges and stray currents generated by fluid flow through the piping
system during loading and unloading operations, improving operational safety.
