Single Arm Bottom Loading Arm
Description
The single-arm bottom loading arm is engineered for safe and efficient bottom loading and unloading operations on
road tankers and railcars. Designed for closed-circuit transfer, it enables reliable handling of various liquid media while
minimizing product loss, emissions, and operator exposure.
Specifications

Pipeline material: carbon steel/stainless steel/PTFE lined
Features
· Flexible swivel configuration:
The piping assembly is equipped with five swivel joints, providing excellent flexibility and allowing the loading
arm to reach tankers positioned anywhere within the operating envelope.
· Emergency breakaway protection:
The outboard arm can be fitted with an optional breakaway coupler to protect the loading pipeline from damage
in the event of an accidental tanker departure or emergency pull-away.
· Quick and versatile connection:
The loading arm can be connected to tankers using either a flange connection or CAMLOCK coupling. The appropriate
connection method can be selected according to the vehicle type and customer requirements, ensuring fast and reliable connection.
· Secure parking position locking:
An inboard arm locking mechanism securely holds the loading arm in the parking position when not in operation.
· Smooth and balanced movement:
The spring-cylinder counterbalance system compensates for the weight of the outboard arm and front-end components,
providing smooth and effortless vertical movement.
· Enhanced static protection:
An anti-static device effectively dissipates static charges and stray currents generated by fluid flow through the piping
system during loading and unloading operations, improving operational safety.
