Bottom Loading Arm with Dual Arms
Description
The dual-arm bottom loading arm provides a safe and reliable solution for the closed-loop transfer of LPG, ammonia,
and other liquefied gases during bottom loading and unloading operations. Designed for road and rail tankers, it ensures
secure connections, efficient fluid transfer, and enhanced protection for both operators and the environment.

Features
· Dual-arm design for liquid and vapor transfer:
The dual-arm configuration is designed for simultaneous handling of both liquid and vapor phases. Each arm is
equipped with five swivel joints, providing excellent flexibility and allowing the loading arm to reach tankers positioned
anywhere within the operating envelope.
· Emergency breakaway protection:
The outboard arm can be fitted with an optional breakaway coupler to protect the loading pipeline from damage in the
event of an accidental tanker departure or emergency pull-away.
· Flexible and reliable connection options:
The loading arm can be connected to tankers via flange connection or CAMLOCK coupling. The appropriate connection
method can be selected according to the tanker type and customer requirements, ensuring fast and secure connection.
· Secure parking position locking:
An inboard arm locking mechanism securely holds the loading arm in the parking position when not in operation.
· Smooth and balanced operation:
The spring-cylinder counterbalance system compensates for the weight of the outboard arm and front-end components,
ensuring smooth and effortless vertical movement.
· Enhanced static protection:
An anti-static device effectively dissipates static charges and stray currents generated by fluid flow through the piping system
during loading and unloading operations, improving operational safety.
