Top Loading Arm with Dual Arms
Description
Designed for closed-loop top loading and vapor recovery operations, this dual-arm loading system enables the
safe transfer of volatile, hazardous, and toxic fluids to and from road tankers and railcars while minimizing vapor
emissions and ensuring operator safety.

Features
· Flexible swivel configuration:
The piping assembly is equipped with four swivel joints, providing excellent flexibility and allowing the loading
arm to reach tankers positioned anywhere within the operating envelope.
· Secure parking position locking:
An inboard arm locking mechanism securely holds the loading arm in the designated parking position when not in operation.
· Smooth and balanced movement:
The spring-cylinder counterbalance system compensates for the weight of the outboard arm and front-end components,
ensuring smooth, effortless vertical movement.
· Efficient pipeline drainage:
A vacuum breaker is integrated to enable rapid drainage of the piping system and prevent liquid retention after loading operations.
· Enhanced static protection:
An anti-static device effectively dissipates static charges and stray currents generated by fluid flow through the piping system
during loading and unloading operations, improving operational safety.
